I bought the deal on Angie's list. I only deal with companies that are on Angie's list. Originally I was going to have the company do some work on my kitchen ceramic tile floor. The owner came to look at the work I wanted done (re-gouting). He explained that was not his company's expertise, but would do it and took measurements and gave me an estimate. He also said he would give me my money back because I misunderstood what tile restoration meant. I asked him about his other services and he told me in great detail about his company and their services. I was very impressed by the cleaning process his company uses. I decided to let him clean my carpeting. We set-up an appointment, he called to let us know approximately what time he would be there and was very punctual. I had an oil stain on the carpet and I though it would not come out. He worked very hard to get the stain out and after the carpeting dried it was gone. The carpeting looks great. The stain was on a seam and it came apart in a small area. He came back after the carpeting dried and fixed it. There was no additional charge. Again, he called and gave an approximate time he would be here and was again right on time.

I was very impressed with his knowledge, integrity and professionalism. I would certainly recommend his services and will use his services in the future. I was also impressed by him his putting on covers over his shoes so that he would not bring any dirt into the house. To me that shows respect for my home and me. The price was fair and he did not try to sell more than what I had paid for on the Angie's List deal. |
